Shipping destinations and cost

Awwzen currently ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $35 or more. The exact total is shown before payment.

Delivery estimate and tracking

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Estimates can change because of weekends, holidays, address issues, carrier delays, or events outside our control. Tracking is added to the order page and sent to the customer when available.

Returns

Eligible new and unused products may be returned by mail within 30 days after delivery, with original packaging and included accessories. Customers are responsible for return postage unless Awwzen confirms that the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the order. There is no restocking fee for an approved return.

Some health, food, personalized, opened, clearance, or final-sale products may be ineligible where permitted by law. Exchanges are not offered; return an eligible product and place a new order instead.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, Awwzen processes the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
